Fees and Information about Registration

Note 1. All authors and presenters of invited papers, regularly submitted papers, posters, demos, doctoral consortium, program chairs and co-chairs, scientific committee members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations, receive this discounted registration fee. A supplemental registration fee of 110 euros is added, if you are not eligible for the discounted registration fee.

Note 2. An official letter from your University or other educational institutions, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status, must be presented (in English) when registering at the Workshop. Special note: Registration will be NOT possible on site at the Registration Desk (Córdoba, Argentina). The Argentinians have a "yapa" (see news)

Workshop registration fee includes:

• All authors can present more than one paper with only one registration (maximum two papers). For more information, please see paper submition

Send us a scanned copy of your bank transfer by email: Secretariat.HCITOCH@gmail.com. Please ensure that you pay any charges you bank may charge. If we do not receive the full amount due before the early registration deadline the full late rate may become payable. We will send you confirmation by email when we have received your payment and your registration is complete.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received in writing by 30 June 2011 will be fully refunded, less 35 euros which will be deducted for administrative expenses. For cancellations received after this date, please see the following cases:

1) For authors of papers: Inclusion of papers in the International Workshop Proceedings is conditional upon registration of an author by 16 July 2011. After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Workshop Proceedings.

2) For authors and non-authors: No refunds will be made from 1st July 2011 onwards.

Accommodation

The Casa Serrana, Nor-Tormaza and Tomaso di Savoia are recommended as the main hotels of the Workshop. These hotels will accept reservations at the special Workshop rate, only when you identify yourself as an "International Workshop – HCITOCH 2011". Room reservations should be made directly with the hotels.

Additional Notes

• All International Workshop fees are in €uros
• Additional pages for papers: € 80 each (maximun 4 pages)
• Extra CD or DVD proceedings (while available) may be purchased for € 45
• Extra gala dinners ticket (evening) may be purchased for € 25 each
• Accompanying person must register with a full or student participant but takes no part in the International Workshop. Besides, it does not allow entry to any Workshop sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings
• International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance
