Fees and Information about Registration

Note 1. All authors and presenters of invited papers, regularly submitted papers, posters, demos, doctoral consortium, program chairs and co-chairs, scientific committee members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations, receive this discounted registration fee. A supplemental registration fee of € 45 is added, if you are not eligible for the discounted registration fee.

Note 2. An official letter from your University or other educational institutions, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status, must be presented (in English) when registering at the Conference. You will be required to submit a scanned copy of this letter during the on-line application process. Besides, you will to submit a scanned copy of ACM or IEEE membership card by email. Special note: Registration will be NOT possible on site at the Registration Desk (Florence, Italy).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received in writing by 28 July 2019 will be fully refunded, less € 50 which will be deducted for administrative and bank expenses. For cancellations received after this date, please see the following cases:

1) For authors of papers: Inclusion of papers in the International Workshop Proceedings is conditional upon registration of an author by July, 29th 2019. After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Workshop Proceedings.

2) For authors and non-authors: No refunds will be made from 31 July onwards.

• All International Workshop fees are in €uro
• Additional pages for papers: € 25 each (maximun 4 pages)
• Extra CD or DVD proceedings (while available) may be purchased for € 45
• Books should be paid directly at the publishing house (special discount for the author/s and/or participants)
• Accompanying person must register with a full or student participant but takes no part in the International Workshop. Besides, it does not allow entry to any Workshop sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings
• International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance
