Fees and Information about Registration

Note 1. All authors and presenters of invited papers, regularly submitted papers, posters, demos, doctoral consortium, program chairs and co-chairs, scientific committee members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations, receive this discounted registration fee. A supplemental registration fee of 45 € is added, if you are not eligible for the discounted registration fee.

Note 2. An official letter from your University or other educational institutions, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status, must be presented (in English) when registering at the Conference. Note 3. An official letter from your University or other educational institutions, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status (full time student), must be presented (in English) when registering at the Conference. You will be required to submit a scanned copy of this letter during the on-line application process. Besides, you will to submit a scanned copy of ACM or IEEE membership card by email. Special notes: Registration will be NOT possible on site at the Registration Desk (Madrid, Spain).

Send us a scanned copy of your bank transfer by email: Secretariat.CCGIDIS@gmail.com. Please ensure that you pay any charges you bank may charge. If we do not receive the full amount due before the early registration deadline the full late rate may become payable. We will send you confirmation by email when we have received your payment and your registration is complete.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received in writing by 1st May 2015 will be fully refunded, less 40 € which will be deducted for administrative and bank expenses. For cancellations received after this date, please see the following cases:

1) For authors of papers: Inclusion of papers in the International Symposium Proceedings is conditional upon registration of an author by May, 5th, 2015. After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.

2) For authors and non-authors: No refunds will be made from 6th May tonwards.

This hotel will accept reservations at the special Symposium rate only when you identify yourself as an "International Symposium –CCGIDIS 2015". Room reservations should be made directly with Hotel Best Western Trafalgar.

Additional Notes

• All International Conference fees are in €uro
• Additional pages for papers: € 30 each (maximun 4 pages)
• Extra CD or DVD proceedings (while available) may be purchased for € 30
• Books should be paid directly at the publishing house (special discount for the author/s and/or participants)
• Accompanying person must register with a full or student participant but takes no part in the International Conference. Besides, it does not allow entry to any Conference sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings
• International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance
